1:30pm-3:00pm   Everything you ever wanted to know about auditioning for SETC and stuff you didn’t want to know (Reynolds Studio Theatre)

1:30 pm Mandatory Orientation for all Friday auditionees.

3:00pm-5:00pm   SETC Screening Auditions (Reynolds Theatre)

5:00pm-7:00pm  Technical Rehearsals for APO/Club 10 minute Play Competition (Chichester Theatre)

6:30pm-7:30pm  Reception for Faculty and Staff Main Lobby of Reynolds Hall

7:30pm-?  APO/Club 10 minute Play Competition (Chichester Hall)

9:30ish-?  Student Mixer lead by Alpha Psi Omega–All Students invited!

 

SATURDAY, OCT 16

7:00am-8:00am  Registration is open in Main Lobby Reynolds Hall

8:00am-5:00pm  Faculty and Staff VIP Room open (Reynolds Room 214)

7:30am-5:00pm  Alpha Psi Omega Nutrition Stations are open in Main Lobby of Reynolds Hall and on breezeway next to Chichester Theatre (Lobby of Reynolds Hall)

7:30am  Mandatory Briefing—All Saturday auditionees must attend! (Reynolds Theatre)

8:00am-12:30pm  SETC Screening Auditions (Reynolds Theatre)

10:00am-11:00am  Possible Workshop and/or Design Portfolio Review (Location TBA)

12:30pm-1:00pm  Lunch (UM Cafeteria is open!)

1:00pm-5:00pm  SETC Screening Auditions (Reynolds Theatre)

5:00pm-7:15pm  Dinner Break

5:00pm-7:00pm  Technical Rehearsals for 10 minute Play Festival

7:30pm-?  Guest Speaker (Reynolds Hall)

Mission

The Alabama Conference of Theatre serves the purpose of improving the quality of theatre arts on all levels throughout the State of Alabama; encouraging the further development of theatre arts activity; creating a closer relationship among theater arts people at all levels; training audiences to a greater appreciation of theatre arts; and cooperating and maintaining a close, helpful relationship with other individuals and organizations within or without the State of Alabama, who entertain an interest in theatre arts.
